These Terms and Conditions apply to the DB Dancewear online store (dbdancewear.fi), operated by Unelma Group Oy, and to all orders placed through the online store.

In these Terms and Conditions, Unelma Group Oy may be referred to as DB Dancewear, Dreamb, the Seller, or the Company.

2. Online Store and Products

DB Dancewear sells dancewear, training clothing, and other products available in the online store.

Product prices and availability are displayed in the online store. Prices include the applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Minor differences may occur in product images, colours, or materials due to screen settings, lighting, or variations between material batches.

Some of our products are made to order. Where applicable, the product description will indicate if a product has a different production or delivery time.

3. Placing an Order

Customers can place an order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is correct. In particular, the delivery address, email address, and phone number must be provided correctly.

An order becomes binding when the customer submits the order and the order has been received by the online store.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

If an order contains an obvious pricing, availability, or other clear error, we reserve the right not to accept the order or to correct the error
