LEVELS:
Total Beginner: Your very first dance class starts here! Total Beginner classes are also suitable for students at the Beginner level. Classes include lots of repetition and a strong focus on technique.
Beginner: A basic level where it’s good to already have some understanding of the fundamentals. Those who have danced longer can dive deeper into refining their technique. Beginner-level choreography offers a bit more challenge than Total Beginner combos.
Beginner/intermediate: A lower-intermediate level where beginners get to challenge themselves — this is the step that helps you grow to the next level. More experienced dancers will also find an appropriate level of challenge in these classes.
Intermediate: Not recommended for complete beginners, but with the right attitude even beginners can join. Intermediate classes feature more challenging choreography, and we focus more deeply on expression.
OPEN LEVEL: Open Level classes suit dancers from Beginner level upward, with a little extra challenge included. Come try Open Level classes with an open mind!
SASQ aka SAVAGE SQUAD: Apply to the performance team by email at office@ddance.fi The group trains with a competitive/goal-oriented approach, and the season includes video projects, photoshoots, and performances at events. The group decides together on entering competitions and additional performances. Savage Squad has performed at venues such as Ravintola Maxine in Helsinki, Total Fight Night, and Ravintola Wintti in Lahti.
